Please provide us with your order no., item code if any, the issue with your order/reason for the return.
In cases of faulty, damaged or broken item, please provide pictures, proof/evidence showing the faulty, damaged or broken item. We will send the shipping return instructions to your email upon confirming your return request, make an arrangement for solution or an exchange with a new item (if available).
Please be aware that:
All returns must be made not later than 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s) (date as shown on the dispatch note). Any item received after the 14th day may not be accepted, or would incur a 25% deduction.
Returns must be unwashed, and in new condition just as when received.
Returns with makeup/deodorant stains or perfume smells will not be accepted
Items must be returned with the original tags/labels still in place.
The merchandise should be securely packed and packaged to fit, and sealed properly inside the return envelope or box to prevent stains from possible spillage, over wrinkling, or damage.
You are entitled to an exchange/refund if the item/s are returned in their original states and good conditions as stated above. Please choose wisely, and be okay with the item, it’s colour, size, etc, before making payment.
All purchases made during sales/promotions, or at a discounted prices are FINAL! and not eligible for an exchange or refund.
The availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. We will get back to you by email, to let you know if the replacement item is available, and if not when it is likely to be available, that is if it is one of the items we intend to restock.
Cosmetics, accessories, pierced jewellery products are non-returnable.
The original shipping payment is non refundable
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the returns shipping cost
We advice you use track and trace shipping method for all returns for tracking purposes, and keep your shipping receipts till your return is confirmed. We will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged returns shipments.
Any damaged or broken item must be reported within 1 calendar day of receiving the item, otherwise cannot be returned on that basis.
The issue of colour resolution/pattern: Please note that photo may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of colour due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting during photo shooting, or the monitor display. We’ve made great effort to display as accurately as possible, the colours of the items. However, the actual colours you see can depend on your computer monitor specification or resolutions. St Zandas cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor display.
The position of pattern/design may also slightly differ. Please also allow 2-3 cm (1.18″ – 1.57″) differences in measurement due to manual measurement for each of our collections. These situations are not qualified as defects or for returns/refunds.
Returns/Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your item, and confirming that our returns policy is met. We will contact you by email once we receive your item.
